Laras
A language learning app that keeps working with no signal, on desktop and Android.
Services
Installable Windows and Linux software with a local database and a small footprint.
Desktop applications are built with Tauri: a native shell around a web interface that uses the operating system’s webview instead of bundling a browser. Behind it sits a local back end, typically a Go REST API started as a sidecar process and bound to loopback, with SQLite as a single-file database.
This is the architecture of Laras on desktop. The Go server uses a pure-Go SQLite driver so it cross-compiles without a C toolchain, while the speech recogniser, which does need native libraries, lives in its own sidecar binary. Installers for Windows are produced by a CI workflow triggered from a version tag.
Windows, with .exe and .msi installers, plus Linux packages where required.
Yes. Data is kept in a local database with export, import and backup, so the app keeps working without internet.
The price follows the scope and is fixed in writing before work starts. Describe the work on WhatsApp for a free rough estimate; the general ranges are on the Pricing page.

Browser applications and the APIs behind them, from interactive front ends to data-heavy tools.
Android apps that keep working when the signal does not, built for the range of phones people actually own.
Adding speech, text understanding and automation to a product, with a deterministic fallback and a clear view of what the model is responsible for.
